
The Hypertrophy 2 Training Template is a 12-week training program. It consists of a 6 week Accumulation Block with increasing volume. It follows a 4 week Intensification Block where volume peaks and we start to increase intensity. We finish with a 2 week Realization Block where volume decreases and intensity increases, preparing for a strength phase. Exercises are preloaded along with all training varaibles. Exercises can be customized. The template is in excel format.
