
The Strength 2 Training Template is a 12-week training program. It consists of a 6 week Accumulation Block with increasing intensity. It follows a 4 week Intensification Block where intensity peaks and we start to deload. We finish with a 2 week Realization Block where volume decreases and intensity increases to near max efforts. Exercises are preloaded along with all training varaibles. Exercises can be customized. The template is in excel format.
