
The Strength 1 Training Template is a 12-week training program. It consists of 2 training blocks, 6 weeks each, with increasing intensity through each block. Each training block will start with a low volume prescription and increase moderately in the subsequent weeks. Recommended for beginners to intermediates. You can choose between a 3 day per week plan or a 4 day per week plan. Exercises are preloaded along with all training varaibles. Exercises can be customized. The template is in excel format.
